Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information OPTIMUS Signals ("OPTIMUS," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service and we never sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and operate the OPTIMUS service (account creation, subscription, billing, TradingView access)
- Grant and revoke invite-only TradingView access via your provided username
- Respond to your support requests and communicate service updates
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or sharing of access
- Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, regulatory, court orders)
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising, retargeting, or third-party marketing.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
OPTIMUS relies on the following processors to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing data they collect:
- Whop — community hosting, subscription management, payments (whop.com/privacy)
- Stripe — payment processing on behalf of Whop (stripe.com/privacy)
- TradingView — script hosting and chart platform; we use your provided TradingView username to grant invite-only access (tradingview.com/policies)
- Tradovate — broker integration; OPTIMUS does not connect to your Tradovate account; you configure the webhook yourself
- Netlify — website hosting; standard web access logs (netlify.com/privacy)
4. Cookies & Tracking
The OPTIMUS marketing site (optimusalert.com) does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The Whop community and TradingView platform use their own cookies to operate their services; refer to their privacy policies for details. Netlify and standard server infrastructure log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle billing reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. Support communications are retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry and any related follow-up. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Payment data is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant) and never stored on OPTIMUS systems. Account access is gated through Whop's authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information ("right to be forgotten")
- Request a portable copy of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, email support@optimusalert.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some information must be retained where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).
8. International Users
OPTIMUS is operated from the United States. By using the service, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. and any other country where our processors operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses and other lawful mechanisms for any cross-border transfers required.
9. Children's Privacy
OPTIMUS is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use of OPTIMUS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
