Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Automated Execution Risk
OPTIMUS uses TradingView alerts to send webhook signals to Tradovate for automated execution. Automation introduces additional risks, including but not limited to:
- Webhook delivery failures or delays
- TradingView, Tradovate, or internet service interruptions
- Incorrect account configuration or webhook payload
- Unintended order placement during overnight or news events
- Position sizing errors due to user misconfiguration
You are responsible for monitoring all automated activity in your trading account. OPTIMUS strongly recommends running the strategy on a Tradovate simulation account for at least one full trading week before going live.
User Responsibility
By subscribing to OPTIMUS Pro and using the Optimus Strategy, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for every trade placed in your Tradovate account.
- You have the financial means, experience, and risk tolerance appropriate for futures trading.
- You will independently verify all trade parameters, risk settings, and account configuration.
- You will not hold OPTIMUS Signals, Queylis Andujar, or any affiliated party liable for trading losses, missed trades, incorrect fills, or any other outcome — favorable or unfavorable — resulting from use of the software.

OPTIMUS makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the strategy will result in profit, will not result in loss, will operate without interruption, or will be free of errors. The strategy is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

OPTIMUS Signals is not registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), Introducing Broker (IB), or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with the CFTC, NFA, SEC, or any state or foreign regulatory body. OPTIMUS provides software only.
