By creating an account and using OPTIMUS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OPTIMUS is broker-agnostic automation software. It receives your trading alerts and relays them to trade-execution software that you install and operate on your own device or VPS. You retain full control of your broker account at all times.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to trade the relevant instruments. You are responsible for keeping your credentials, alert secret, and box address private and secure.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, resell access without permission, or use it for unlawful activity. Alert secrets prove a signal is yours; sharing them is at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, order execution, fill prices, or freedom from errors, delays, or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OPTIMUS and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, missed trades, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update the Service and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
